"I want to thank you so much for sticking by me the last year...its easy to stick by an athlete when things are going well and there are results at the end off all the hard work...we have certainly worked hard but for the moment at least have failed to reap the rewards...and yet you are still fronting up for more Smile so im not sure if you are just a sucker for punishment or think its all worth the trouble, maybe a little of both...but in all seriousness i appreciate your support more than you could ever believe and i hope that with a little good fortune and more hard work, 2011 will be the beginning of ‘our time to shine’...."

My experience with DaybyDay Coaching has been life changing, the one on one work and attention to detail in improving weaknesses and also working on my strengths helped me to realize a great 2010 with 6 wins and the dream of a ProTeam contract with Saxobank-Sungard.

Ben helps with goal setting and staying focused on achieving your objectives. I would recommend DaybyDay Coaching to all athletes from recreational to professional.

"Listen to ben=become pro cyclist. Got it! Sounds good mate. You certainly know your stuff.

Appreciate the effort on the program as well. Still as pumped about cycling since day one.

Loving the training at the moment!"

I started training with Ben in early 2010. Ben's approach to my training and his Commitment to me as an athlete has instilled in me the confidence to pursue my goals and raise my own bar. I have seen results in my training I never thought possible. Ben has a holistic approach with rest, recovery and nutrition being just as important as the painful stuff!

I feel stronger, more competitive and less fatigued following Ben's program than any other program I have been on. It is also pretty inspiring to be coached by someone as professional and accomplished as he is!

I am looking forward to a successful future under Bens guidance.

If you are looking to improve and take your racing to the next level I highly recommend getting a coach. This is important for those who want to increase their ability and reach higher levels. I find structure and encouragment from a knowledeable and seasoned professional rider can help keep you motivated (less chance of getting burned out) and healthy on the bike (don't want to overtrain). And of course a coach is going to help you get stronger/faster so that you can reach your goals. A coach is for riders at any level. We can always improve our riding at any stage in our career.

altAfter having a hiatus from racing for a long period of time, I decided to compete again in a specific road race I’d selected. The problem I’ve always had with achieving my cycling goals is staying focused and having some structure to the training I do. Approaching Ben with my goal in mind, he formulated a program that would enable me to train effectively with the time I had available and assist me to get the most out of myself as well as the program he’d designed.

altAs an athlete who works full time, my training needs to fit into a limited amount of time. Ben at DayByDay Cycle Coaching is able to effectively use this time and produces programs that are unique for me. Through my feedback and Ben’s knowledge I am able to achieve my goals and compete successfully at the elite level.
